Attorney George Costopoulos graduated from the Dickinson School of Law in his hometown of Carlisle, Pennsylvania. He has been admitted to the practice of law in Pennsylvania for over 25 years. He is also admitted to the federal practice of law before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
Attorney Costopoulos began his career with a clerkship in the Pennsylvania Superior Court. He then practiced law with a large Philadelphia civil defense firm, defending numerous insurance companies and corporate clients in automobile, medical malpractice, premises liability, employment matters and general negligence cases throughout the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania.
Attorney Costopoulos left the practice of defending businesses and insurance companies in 2003 to represent individuals and victims in Philadelphia. In this practice, he concentrated on representing victims of personal injury and civil rights violations, and consulting with clients in entertainment and small business matters.
In 2004, Attorney Costopoulos returned to his hometown of Carlisle, Pennsylvania to open the Law Offices of George J. Costopoulos.
